These three screenshots show what trainees actually see through the simulator visuals. Left in the aerial-suppression mode pilots can watch the other aircraft operations to practice critical SOP's and communications skills. Simulator participants can perform water drops using several different helicopters including this Sikorsky Skycrane, Bell 212 and a Bell 206. Right one of the advantages of the simulator: it provides trainee pilots an opportunity to experience operations inside fire traffic.

Upgrade Existing Products
Turn your faithful old ATC simulator into a modern feature-packed flight training powerhouse

ATC Flight Simulator has the second largest installed base of all simulators operateing in the United States.

We are currently offering upgrades to existing ATC extremely popular models such as ATC-610, ATC-710, desktop control panels, ATC-810, ATC-820, twin engine and ATC-920, 1900 turbo prop aircraft.

ATC’s older rugged hardware is still good --- it just needs new computer technology. Upgrading a used ATC FTD is a wise investment that saves not only money but also the hassle that can go along with buying new unproven equipment that may not stand up to the rugged flight training environment.

Upgrades come with new interactive technology where multiple ATC simulators are linked together. Each simulator pilot can see and talk to each other. The instructor center /air traffic control radar can control, see, and talk to all three simulator pilots for interactive VFR, IFR, and Air Traffic Control training

ATC FTD Upgrade Guarantee:

Strict inspection and reconditioning:

  • FTD upgrades include new host computer and software, new instructors’ station, new flight model and new visual system
  • ATC training devices can be equipped with 180° or 220° projected or high definition monitor display systems
  • Reconditioning includes, but is not limited to; repairing or replacing assemblies and components as needed, calibrating circuitry, cleaning and lubricating mechanical linkages and installing various service modifications.
  • New enclosure optional.

Warranty:

  • Manufacturer backed one year warranty.
